TOnX Bros (Pronounced as "Tonics", also known as TOnX) is a production company composed of Matthew Molina (Mateo) and Roberto Molina (RJ). Mateo and RJ are of Salvadoran descent, and have grown up in a musical family. From a young age they were exposed to music through the church, where they developed their performance experience and made their first steps as musicians. Their goal is to combine the traditional styles of their Hispanic heritage with modern production techniques in order to share their music around the world.

 

Mateo specialises in everything melody, derived from his time learning both acoustic and electric guitar. His influences are Jimi Hendrix and John Mayer. With a new passion for sound design, he loves incorporating unorthodox production styles into every genre.

 

RJ is an avid percussionist who's musical vocabulary covers many styles of rhythms such as Afro-latino, Hip-hop and Rock. His sound selection expertise and song arrangement affluence comes from his experience studying the greats such as Daddy Yankee, Nicky Jam, and Bad Bunny.

 

TOnX have since released many songs with local artists such as Poetics the Poet, Cruize, Mehz K., Soares, C.Rowe, King & and many more. In 2021 they released their first full length album called "Ya Tu Sabes Vol. I", the first in its series. Influenced by "Los Benjamins", this mixtape style album showcases their work with featured artists. The album as a whole is intended to be within the Latin-urban, Reggaeton, and EDM genres. This album is especially made to play on the beach with its lush array of sounds and infectious knocking drums.
